We are happy to accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, all sales are considered final. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned item(s).
Please be aware that items that have been opened are not eligible for a refund. In addition, a 20% restocking fee will be charged for all approved returns. The cost of the prepaid returning shipping label, as well as the restocking fee, will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to ship the item(s) back on your own, you will need to pay the shipping carrier directly, and only the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
